This page contains updated data regarding segmental duplications in Stickleback Genome Assembly (Broad Institute v1.0).   WGACs are genomic duplications detected based on pairwise alignment in genome assembly with length >1000bp and >90% identity. WSSD are genomic duplications detected based on the depth of coverage using Stickleback WGS reads (total of 6,018,733)
