These are the SDs used for “A burst of segmental duplications in the genome of the African great ape ancestor” (Nature, Feb 2009).  This file includes the coordinates based on Human build 35 (hg17), and the categorization of every interval based on COMPUTATIONAL prediction (5th column) and re-categorization according to ArrayCGH data (6th column).
